The Barrio de Salamanca Merchants Association—Madrid’s Golden Mile—was established in 2007, It is a nonprofit organization established under Article 22 of the Spanish Constitution, governed by Organic Law 1/2002 of March 22, which regulates the right of association, as well as related regulations and any other applicable laws at any given time, and by its current bylaws.
It is registered in the Registry of Associations of the Community of Madrid and is a member of Madrid Foro Internacional.
Thanks to its existence and constant work, it has achieved a close relationship and recognition with the institutions, the City Council and the Community of Madrid. It brings together some of the most important national and international companies in the world and is a showcase for our city abroad.
Commercial revitalization of Barrio Salamanca: Commercial and promotional activities such as: Spring and Christmas Flower Markets with Vogue, Madrid Inside Art and Design (MIAD), Rincones Hispanos, Christmas Market in Plaza de Colon, Barrio Salamanca Association Activities, among others.
