MERCADO DE LA PAZ

This traditional neighborhood market, located in the Salamanca neighborhood, has three entrances: one on Ayala Street (the main entrance), another on Lagasca Street, and the last on Claudio Coello Street. It was inaugurated in 1882, and one of its distinctive features is that it was built with iron. It is one of the most popular markets in the district and one of the city’s most iconic.
